There are few neurovascular units (short stay and MRS (medical and rehabilitation service)) dedicated to the care of older people after a stroke in France and around the world. The geriatric medicine department at Charpennes Hospital developed this unit more than 20 years ago, giving it unique experience and expertise acquired over many years. However, to date, the profiles of patients included in these units and the factors associated with loss of independence and the outcomes of older patients hospitalized in neurovascular units for older adults remain unknown. In this context, the NUAGE study aims to describe the population cared for in this unit and analyze the factors associated with patient outcomes.

Describe the characteristics of hospitalized patients and their outcomes in the geriatric neurovascular unit at Hôpital des Charpennes (short stay and MRS).
时间窗: Data will be collected on the day of admission (day 1 of the patient's hospitalization) and on the day of his/her discharge from the neurovascular unit.
The following data will be collected to describe the characteristics of the study population : Age (years) Gender (F/M) IMC (kg/m²) Smoking/alcohol consumption Comorbidities (Charlson score) Presence/Absence of Hypertension, DiabetesTreatment Type of stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) + Artery involved Complications related to treatment (falls, spastic pain, swallowing disorders, malnutrition, infections, bedsores, epilepsy) Biological parameters (cholesterol (g/L), albumin (g/L)) Cognitive and cardiovascular assessments related to stroke assessment (cardiac ultrasound, arterial Doppler ultrasound, radiocinema) National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) Measure of functional independence (MIF) Type of discharge (death, institutionalization, return home)
