- •1.Patients having symptoms of arthritis of both knee joints,2. Pain, swelling, stiffness, crepitation, restricted movements of knee joint,3.Patients who are willing to undergo radiological investigation, Laboratory investigations.

- •1.Cardiac disease,2. Rheumatoid arthritis, 3.Pregnancy and lactation, 4.Patient with any other serious systemic illness,5. Chronic kidney disease, 6.Tuberculosis of knee, 7.Septic arthritis, 8.Gonococal arthritis,9. Diabetes mellitus
