- •All new consecutive obstetric patients admitted to the ICU for any medical or surgical causes directly or indirectly related to pregnancy, with an anticipated duration of stay of >24 hours and requiring urinary bladder catheterization will be prospectively enrolled.
排除标准
- •Those with any contraindications for intravesical pressure measurement (pelvic fracture, hematuria, bladder surgery etc.) will be excluded from the study.
