•1.Age 40-60 years.
•2. BMI <30
•3.Non-response to conservative treatment (NSAIDs, PHYSIOTHERAPY, OINTMENT) at least for 3 months.
•4.No other significant knee pathology.
•5.Greater than 2 on 50feet walk on(10 VAS scale)
•6.No intra-articular(IA) corticosteroids within 3 months

•1.Knee deformity (valgus/Varus).
•2.Laxity of ligaments/meniscus instability, as per clinical examination.
•3.Associated inflammatory or other disease condition which can affect knee joint
•4.Any history of joint sepsis or any history of sub-acute infection
•5.Significant venous or lymphatic stasis in the leg or clinically apparent tense effusion or inflammation at the target knee.
•6.Hypersensitivity to any component of hyaluronic-acid based injection.
•7.Treatment of HA derivatives in the previous 6 months or have steroids in the previous 3 months.
•8.Any previous history of IA distal femur or proximal tibia fracture.
