入选标准

  • 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage;
  • 2. Moderate to severe motor dysfunction caused by stroke (upper limb simplified Chinese version Fugl-meyer scale score >=13, and <=57 points); at the same time, there is increased muscle tension in any part of the shoulder joint, elbow joint, wrist joint, and metacarpophalangeal joint of the upper limb, that is, the Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) rating is grade I-III;
  • 3. Aged 20-80 years, gender is not limited;
  • 4. The course of stroke exceeds 14 days after the onset of stroke;
  • 5. No history of stroke;
  • 6. The condition is basically stable, consciousness is clear, and vital signs are stable;
  • 7. Those who can maintain a sitting position independently for more than 20 minutes;
  • 8. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准

  • 1. Those who have used skeletal muscle relaxants or sedative drugs 2 weeks before enrollment;
  • 2. Patients with severe coagulation disorders;
  • 3. Those who have received acupuncture and moxibustion to improve upper limb motor function within 1 month before enrollment;
  • 4. Those with vision and hearing impairments who cannot cooperate with rehabilitation treatment and assessment.
