- •Study-independent dialysis therapy is being performed.
- •Study-independent therapy using one of the medications provided for in the study protocol (Meropenem, Piperacillin/Tazobactam, Ceftazidime, Vancomycin, Flucloxacillin).
- •Desired target concentration of routine therapy is within the range specified in the study protocol.
排除标准
- •Age < 18 years.
- •Patient and/or legal representative refuse to participate.
- •Suspected or confirmed overdose with any of the anti-infective medications specified in the study protocol, and use of dialysis with the intention of 'detoxification'
