Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • \- one or more bleeding lesions in patients with chronic infection of dental implants.
  • \- Dutch Periodontal Screening Index from 0 to 2
  • \- Full Mouth Plaque Score inferior or equal to 25%
  • Are the trial subjects under 18? no
  • Number of subjects for this age range:
  • F.1\.2 Adults (18\-64 years) yes
  • F.1\.2\.1 Number of subjects for this age range 20
  • F.1\.3 Elderly (\>\=65 years) no
  • F.1\.3\.1 Number of subjects for this age range 10

Exclusion Criteria

  • \- pregnant and nursing women
  • \- patients with another parodontal disease excepted chronic infection of dental implants
  • \- systemic inflammatory disease (only based with clinical examination)
  • \- antibiotic in the previous 3 months
