- •Patients with Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus with cardiac autonomic dysfunction.
- •Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus more than one years
排除标准
- •Any major co-existing cardiac disease
- •Subjects on exogenous insulin
- •Retinopathy, nephropathy
- •Involvement of any structured exercise during the past 6 months
- •ß-blocker therapy
- •Contraindications to exercise stress testing
- •Any musculoskeletal abnormality that could preclude the intervention
