- •- acute kidney injury stage 2 within 48 hour
- •- septic shock require inotrophic drug
- •- on tube feeding or parenteral nutrition
- •- no nutritional support contraindication
排除标准
- •- reject current disease management
- •- on renal replacement therapy in past or within 24 hour after acute kidney injury diagnosis
- •- acute kidney injury from renal artery, glomerulonephritis, interstitial nephritis, vasculitis, post renal obstruction, hemolytic uremic syndrome, thrombotic thrombocytopenia purpura, hepatorenal syndrome, cardiorenal syndrome
- •- Very high catabolism (burn)
- •- protein-losing enteropathy
