- •Adolescents of selected areas in Puducherry with parents willingness for participation.
- •Adolescents who understand both English & Tamil.
- •Both genders are included.
- •Age group of 14-17 years.
排除标准
- •Adolescents with any psychotic illness with or without current use of anti-psychotic
- •medications.
- •Adolescents who are on other alternative complementary and mind body therapies.
- •Adolescents who are seriously ill during the study period.
- •Hypertension associated with other diseases and complications.
