•1) Woman aged 20 to 44 years
•2) Diagnosed with unexplained infertility from obstetrics and gynecology specialists
•3) Woman who has intercourse with reasonable frequency at least twice or more per week except during menstrual period

•1) Taking or planning of taking medication for infertility like hormonal drugs, herbal medicine
•2) Planning of artificial insemination or in vitro fertilization(IVF)
•3) Irregular menstrual cycle more than 40 days or less than 21 days
•4) Male factor infertility
•5) Ovulation related infertility like polycystic ovarian syndrome, Thyroid Disease, Hyperprolactinemia
•6) Tubal and peritoneal factor, cervical factor related infertility like endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine fibroids, uterine adenomyosis
•7) IVF 4 times over the past
•8) Patients with any neuropsychiatric condition.
•9) The other condition, which makes the patient unsuitable for inclusion in the opinion of investigator
•(uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus , endocrine disease, acute, chronic hepatitis/cirrhosis, severe hyperlipidemia, severe heart disease, lung disease, Tbc, other infectious disease)
•10) Past history of cancer within five years
•11) Individuals who are judged unable to fill out the forms related to research performance
•12) History of adverse reaction to pulse tonometric device (PTD)
•13) Congenital vascular anomalies or history of wrist fracture
•14) Anyone considered inappropriate for participating in this trial by the clinical trial conductors
