- •1) Meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for mild to moderate depressive episode;
- •2) Age 18-65;
- •3) Eliminate the risk of suicide;
- •4) Education level above junior high school;
- •5) Proficient in using mobile phone software, with good language understanding ability;
- •6) Volunteer and sign informed consent.
排除标准
- •1) The history of schizophrenia, alcohol and drug dependence was strictly excluded;
- •2) Have a history of brain organic diseases and endocrine diseases;
- •3) Pregnant and lactating women;
- •4) Those who had taken antidepressants at the time of enrollment;
- •5) Persons suffering from serious physical diseases;
- •6) Patients with major depression.
