- •elective supratentorial tumour resection under GA electively
排除标准
- •Age less than 18yrs
- •Emergency surgery
- •Patients on beta blockers ,calcium channel blockers
- •Patients with autonomic dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction
- •Patients with peripheral vascular disease
- •Patients with HB less than 11g/dl
- •Patient requiring major blood transfusion more than 50% blood volume.
- •BMI more than 35
- •Patients with significant organ system dysfunction
- •Intraoperative hemodynamic instability ;defined as a fall in blood pressure by 30% of
- •Patients requiring inotropic and vasopressor infusion
