•Willing to participate.

•Basal heart rate < 60 bpm
•Pregnant women
•Lactating mother
•Hepatic, Renal or Cardiac abnormalities
•Known case of coagulopathy
•Allergic to Dexmedetomidine or Clonidine
•Psychiatric disorder or Cognitive delay
•Refusal to participate.
