- •ASA Grade I , II ,III
排除标准
- •1 weight more than 90 kg
- •2 not able to understand the use of patient controlled analgesic device.
- •3 renal dysfunction(serum creatinine 1.5)
- •4 history of any liver disease
- •5 prolonged use of analgesics
- •6 patients on betablocker
- •7 psychiatric illness
- •8 chronic alcohol abuse
- •9 patient with heart block
- •10 patient who had received sedation before the start of procedure
