- •Inclusion criteria;Elective lower limb surgery; Age 18-51years;Height 150-190cm; Weight 50-90kg;ASA 1,2
- •Exclusion criteria; ??Alchohole or narcotic drug consumption;Psychological disorders;Allergic reaction with lidocaine;Infection wound ;Open lower limb fracture;Liver disease;Bradycardia;Cardiac block;Seizure;Recieve analgesic or opiuom before operation .

Phase II Therapeutic Trial of Mexiletine in Non-Dystrophic Myotonia (IND #77,021) - NDMyotonic disorders are divided into dystrophic myotonias (DM1 and DM2) and non-dystrophic myotonias (NDM). The dystrophic myotonias are associated with significant progressive muscular weakness and other systemic organ involvement.
