- •2)age 20 to 70 yrs
- •3)both sex
- •4)patients undergoing elective upperlimb surgeries below shoulder.
排除标准
- •1)patient refusal
- •2)infection at the site of injection
- •3)coagulations disorders
- •4)hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics and opioids
- •5)patients with history of hypertension, myocardial infarction and periperal neuropathy
