入选标准
- •1.Patients of either sex aged between 18 & 50 years
- •2.Patients with ASA physical status 1 and 2
- •3.Patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •1.Anticipated difficult airway with Mallampati class 3 or 4 on preop assessment
- •2.Thyromental distance less than 6cm
- •3.Interincisor distance less than 3.5cm
- •4.Rapid sequence intubation required
- •5.Oropharyngeal pathology
- •6.Obesity with BMI more than 30
- •7.CNS disorders
- •8.Refusal to give informed consent
