入选标准
- •1. Anal fissure with longitudinal ulcer in anterior midline/posterior midline or both with excruciating pain, spasm of anal sphincter diagnosed by clinical examination.
- •2. Participants within age group of 18-50 years.
- •3. Participants with written informed consent.
排除标准
- •Participants below 18 years and above 50 years of age.
- •Known case of colorectal carcinoma, chrons disease, ulcerative
- •colitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, intestinal fistula
- •Pregnant and lactating women
- •Known case of Diabetes mellitus, anaemia
- •Known case of HIV, hepatitis B, other venereal diseases
