- •ASA Physical status 1 & 2
排除标准
- •1.Age less than 20 years and more than 60 years
- •2.ASA Physical status 3 & 4
- •3.Allergy to any one of the drugs like Midazolam,Opioids,Dexmedetomidine and egg
- •4.History of drug abuse like Alcohol,Tobacco,opioids and benzodiazepine
- •5.Sleep apnea
- •6.Patient refusal and uncooperative ondividuals not available to give an informed consent.
- •7.History of colonic or rectal surgery
