BeOne Medicines and Revolution Medicines Forge Multi-Part Collaboration to Advance RAS(ON) Inhibitors for RAS-Addicted Cancers
核心洞察
BeOne Medicines (搜索) and Revolution Medicines announced a clinical collaboration to evaluate novel drug combinations using four clinical-stage RAS (搜索)(ON) inhibitors with select BeOne oncology assets.
Planned combination studies include BeOne's BGB-58067 (MTA-cooperative PRMT5 inhibitor) and BG-T187 (EGFR (搜索) x MET x MET trispecific antibody) with daraxonrasib or zoldonrasib.
A separate regional rights agreement grants BeOne exclusive development and commercialization rights to four Revolution Medicines RAS (搜索)(ON) inhibitors in select Asian markets, excluding Japan and South Korea.
BeOne Medicines (搜索) Ltd. and Revolution Medicines, Inc. have entered into a multi-part collaboration aimed at expanding the reach and therapeutic potential of RAS (搜索)(ON) inhibitors for patients with RAS-addicted cancers (搜索), the companies announced on August 10, 2026. The arrangement comprises a clinical collaboration to explore novel drug combinations and a separate regional rights agreement granting BeOne exclusive development and commercialization rights to four Revolution Medicines clinical-stage assets in select Asian markets.
The collaboration brings together BeOne's oncology pipeline with Revolution Medicines' differentiated RAS (搜索)(ON) tri-complex inhibitor platform, which targets the active, cancer-driving state of RAS proteins — long considered among the most challenging targets in oncology.
Clinical Collaboration Targets Novel Combination Approaches
Under the clinical collaboration, the companies will evaluate drug combinations incorporating select clinical-stage oncology assets from BeOne with any of Revolution Medicines' four clinical RAS (搜索)(ON) inhibitors. These inhibitors include daraxonrasib, a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib, a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; elironrasib, a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor.
Planned combination studies will pair BeOne's BGB-58067, an MTA-cooperative PRMT5 inhibitor, and BG-T187, an EGFR (搜索) x MET x MET trispecific antibody, with either daraxonrasib or zoldonrasib. These combinations are designed to explore potential targeted approaches that may enhance therapeutic outcomes for patients with difficult-to-treat RAS (搜索)-driven malignancies.
Regional Rights Agreement Expands Geographic Reach
In a parallel transaction, Revolution Medicines has granted BeOne exclusive rights in select Asian markets to develop and commercialize, or solely commercialize depending on the market, the four clinical-stage RAS (搜索)(ON) inhibitors. Revolution Medicines retains development and commercial rights to all its assets outside the licensed territory, including Japan and South Korea.
Under the financial terms, Revolution Medicines is eligible to receive development and sales milestone payments as well as tiered royalties on net sales in the partnered region. As part of the arrangement, BeOne will fund and conduct a global registrational Phase 3 study for one of Revolution Medicines' RAS (搜索)(ON) inhibitors, leveraging what the company describes as its "differentiated, fully in-house development superhighway." Revolution Medicines will continue to advance a broad range of global registrational studies across its portfolio.
Executive Perspectives
"We are pleased to enter this collaboration with Revolution Medicines, which gives BeOne the opportunity to evaluate combinations between assets from our oncology pipeline and four promising RAS (搜索)(ON) inhibitors from Revolution Medicines," said John V. "In parallel, the regional rights transaction allows us to use our global development superhighway capabilities and established commercial presence, with the goal of bringing more medicines to patients with difficult-to-treat cancers."
Mark A. Goldsmith, M.D., Ph.D., CEO and Chairman of Revolution Medicines, emphasized the strategic importance of the deal: "This arrangement with BeOne reflects our commitment to advancing RAS (搜索)(ON) inhibitors for patients with RAS-addicted cancers (搜索) around the world, including in regions where we have not previously had a presence, while exploring novel combination strategies that may further expand their potential impact."
Goldsmith added that BeOne "brings additional established global oncology development capabilities and a strong regional commercial footprint that can help us broaden the reach of our innovative RAS (搜索)(ON) inhibitors as part of our ambitious global strategy."
