Patients with high risk of aspiration
b)Patients with anticipated difficult airway (Mallampatti grade IV, mentohyoid distance (MHD) <3 cm, thyromental distance (TMD) <5 cm, sternomental distance (SMD) <10 cm, neck circumference >42 cm), obese (body mass index (BMI) >30) patients, Limited mouth opening ( <2 Finger breadths)
c)Emergency Procedure
d)Patient with lung disease, oral or faciomaxillary pathology
e)Patient with upper airway anomaly.
