Inclusion Criteria
ASA 1 to 3 patients aged 20 to 70 years with El Ganzouri risk index more than 0 but less than 7 were included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
1)ASA physical status of 4
2)El Ganzouri risk index >7
3)patients difficult to mask ventilate
4)patients scheduled for rapid sequence induction
5)patients with mouth opening <2.5cm
