Inclusion Criteria
Patients of ASA Status I-II with Mouth opening <3cm and are planned to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia with naso-tracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal
2.Mouth opening < 1.5 cm
3.Thyromental distance < 6cm
4.Severe obesity (BMI > 35kg/m2)
5.Limited neck movement / C spine pathology
6.Neck mass
7.Patients with nasal polyps, turbinate hypertrophy
8.Patients with mandibular fracture where mouth opening increases to more than 3cm after induction of anesthesia

Name Time Method Time required to perform intubation in seconds. <br/ ><br>It will be defined as the time from insertion of endotracheal tube in the nose till tube placement is conformed by the appearance of capnographyTimepoint: Only at the time of intubation procedure (time zero)

Name Time Method 1.Number of attempts. <br/ ><br>2.First attempt success rate. <br/ ><br>3.Glottic view in terms of C-L grade and POGO score. <br/ ><br>4.Use of External laryngeal manoeuvre. <br/ ><br>5.Use of McGill forceps. <br/ ><br>6.Naso-tracheal intubation difficulty score. <br/ ><br>7.Postoperative sore throat. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: At the time of intubation for all secondary outcome and for postoperative soar throat at 0, 6 and 24 hours after surgery
