Inclusion Criteria

Patients of ASA Status I-II with Mouth opening <3cm and are planned to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia with naso-tracheal intubation

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient refusal

2.Mouth opening < 1.5 cm

3.Thyromental distance < 6cm

4.Severe obesity (BMI > 35kg/m2)

5.Limited neck movement / C spine pathology

6.Neck mass

7.Patients with nasal polyps, turbinate hypertrophy

8.Patients with mandibular fracture where mouth opening increases to more than 3cm after induction of anesthesia

Time required to perform intubation in seconds. <br/ ><br>It will be defined as the time from insertion of endotracheal tube in the nose till tube placement is conformed by the appearance of capnographyTimepoint: Only at the time of intubation procedure (time zero)
