入选标准
- •Adults 18 years of age and older undergoing awake flexible bronchoscopy
- •Hemodynamically stable
- •Patients in whom bronchial washing airway inspection or bronchoalveolar lavage is planned
排除标准
- •a) Pregnancy
- •b) Not giving informed consent for the procedure
- •c) Hypoxemia (oxygen saturation [by pulse oximetry] < 92% with Fio2 of >= 0.3
- •d) Patients with documented history of hypersensitivity to lidocaine
- •e) Bronchoscopy performed through endotracheal or tracheostomy tube
- •f) Patients in whom transbronchial needle aspiration or biopsies are planned
