ASA I & II
All impacted mandibular third molars requiring surgical removal
Exclusion Criteria
Acute infection
Patients on NSAIDS, Bromelain and Serratiopeptidase
Patients with bleeding disorders, Pregnancy and Lactation, Immunocompromised, Mentally Challenged,Patients with GERD and systemic illness
