Inclusion Criteria
- •patients perfomed cardiovascular surgical procedures
Exclusion Criteria
- •1)urgent or emergency case
- •2)Reduced left ventricular function (ejection fraction < 50%)
- •3)Preoperative dysrhythmia
- •4)Severe renal disease
- •5)Severe hepatic disease
- •6)Patient age < 18 yrs
- •7)Re-operation
- •8)Patients could not be applied patched because of dermatologic disease
