- •2.Who are willing to participate in the study.
- •3.Female students whose menstrual cycle is regular.
- •4.Hemoglobin level within the range of 9 to 11.9gm%.
排除标准
- •1.Who are taking iron /calcium supplement.
- •2.Those who are on medical treatment.
- •3.Those who suffering from systemic illness.
- •4.Those who have hemoglobin less than9g%.
- •5.Those who have intolerance/GI symptoms to Ragi porridge.
