Inclusion Criteria
- •择期腰椎手术患者；年龄 18-79 岁；ASA 分级 I-III 级；签署知情同意书。
Exclusion Criteria
- •糖尿病或糖耐量异常；服用影响胰岛素敏感性的药物；近 6 个月体重下降超过 10%；肿瘤患者 CT 提示存在远处转移；肾功能不全（肌酐>3mg/dl，透析）；肝功能不全（Child-Pugh 分级 B 级或以上）；胃食管返流；胃肠道梗阻或任何影响胃排空速度的状态。
