1.All newly diagnosed cases of psoriasis above the age of 18 years.
2.Patients willing to participate in the study and undergo necessary investigations.
1.Age less than 18 years.
2.Specific treatment [like Methotrexate, Biologics] taken for psoriasis in last one month prior to enrollment in the study.
3.Patients on medications affecting carbohydrate and lipid metabolism [Beta blockers, Thiazides, Corticosteroids and lipid lowering agents].
4.Pregnant and lactating women.
5.Patients not willing for the study.
