Patients having moderately difficult or difficult impacted mandibular 3rd molar, as per Pederson’s index.
Patients ready to participate in the study with informed written consent.
Medically compromised patients with any major underlying systemic condition.
Patients on diuretics.
Pregnant/lactating females.
In group A(Asymptomatic) patients having any pulpitis/periodontitis/acute infection with any tooth.
Patients taking any long-term medications/supplements which might affect the study parameters.
Patients giving history of / or showing allergy to any of the drugs prescribed in the study.
Patients with history of alcoholism.
