Inclusion Criteria
We will enroll 20 adult patients scheduled to undergo intracranial aneurysmal clipping.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with history of coagulopathies, those on anticoagulant and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic drugs, pediatric patients, history of intracranial surgery, trauma and non-consenting patients would be excluded from the study.

Name Time Method To assess the coagulation profile of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage in different Hunt and Hess grades, during the perioperative period, as evaluated using the TEG.Timepoint: 1.A baseline sample, taken immediately after induction of general anesthesia. [Sample 1] <br/ ><br>2.Five minutes post-clipping of aneurysm. [Sample 2] <br/ ><br>3.Postoperative, after last skin suture. [Sample 3] <br/ ><br>4.24 hours postoperative, in the ICU. [Sample 4] <br/ ><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess the effect of coagulation profile on the postoperative course of these patients in the intensive care unit (ICU).Timepoint: 1.Duration of ICU and Hospital stay <br/ ><br>2.Condition at discharge.
