入选标准
- •1.Elder woman more than 60 years old
- •2.Handgrip strength less than 18 kilogram
- •3.Able to communicate in Thai language
- •4.Willing to complete 6-week hand exercise program
排除标准
- •1.Patients with chronic hand disorders such as Rheumatoid arthritis
- •2.Underlying diseases that cause muscle weakness
- •3.History of wrist trauma causing fracture or deformities
- •4.Problems with communication such as dementia, deafness, blindness, schizophrenia
- •5.Underlying diseases with contraindication for resistive training such as recent MI, CABG, acute CHF inflammatory neuromuscular disease
- •6. Patients who regularly do traditional Thai dance and do handgrip exercise
- •7.Contraindication for Bioelectrical Impedance analysis (BIA) such as implanted cardiac devices, metal implants
