Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 60 Years to 85 Years (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Elderly aged between 60-85 years old, both male and female
- •2. Eligible for movement without using any walking aid equipment
- •3. No neurological disease that affects movement
- •4. No problem with vision
- •5. Exercise less than 150 minutes per week
- •6. No metal equipment inside the body, e.g. Pacemaker/Defibrillator
- •7. Height between 145 -165 centimeters
- •8. MMSE score is equal to or more than 24 points
- •9. Time-up and Go score is more than 10 seconds
- •10. No open-wound and contagious disease
- •11. Urinary and bowel continence
- •12. Willing to join the research program
- •13. Passing the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire Plus assessment (2019 PAR-Q+)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Accident, injury, or illness that causes unable to continue the research program
- •2. Not willing to sign the application form
- •3. Desire to withdraw the research program
