Patients receiving robot assisted laparoscopic prostectomy in the department of urology of asan medical center and also agreed with the present study.
1. patients age < 20 years or > 80 years old
2. patients have cardiac disease (valvular heart disease, coronary artery disease, arrhythmia on EKG, or suspiscious of ischemic heart disease)
3. patients have pulmonaryh disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, abnormal chest radiography or any pleural disease)
4. patients have decrased renal function (serum creatinine >1.4 mg/dl, receiving peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis)
