Inclusion Criteria
1. Spontaneously breathing septic patient
2. Acute circulatory failure
3. Fluid responsiveness (mini-fluid challenge using colloid 100mL or passive leg raising test : increase SV or CO greater than or equal to 10% )
Exclusion Criteria
1. Cardiac arrhythmia
2. Right heart failure
3. Using inotropic drug
4. Intraabdominal pressure > 12 mmHg
5. Heart rate to Respiratory rate ratio less than 3.6
6. Deny participation
