Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Male participants will be taken from the student population of MAHE institution.
  • 2\. Participants will be from the ages of 18 to 30 years.
  • 3\. Participants with body fat percentage above 23\.1%9 and with a BMI within the normal range– that is, above 18\.5 kg/m2 to 24\.9 kg/m2 (thus including both groups under normal weight and overweight categories).
  • 4\.Participants who have MET less than 4\.0 will be included in the study after the participants answer the GPAQ questionnaire.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Participants having a history of cardiovascular disease and renal disease will be excluded from the study (as it interferes with the body composition assessment).
  • 2\. Participants will be excluded from the study if they are unable to perform the exercise regimen, due to musculoskeletal injury, cardiovascular disease history, etc,.
  • 3\. Participants having type I diabetes mellitus will be excluded from the study.
