Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age 18 years or older
- •2\.High risk surgical patient (as definition of 2022 The European Society of Cardiology Guidelines on cardiovascular assessment and management of patients undergoing non\-cardiac surgery)
- •3\.Postoperative hypotension : defined as MAP less than or equal to 65 mmHg (patient may receive prior resuscitation with norepinephrine dose less than or equal to 0\.05 mcg/kg/min)
- •4\.Controlled mechanical ventilation (TV greater than or equal to 8 cc/kg )
- •5\.Positive Fluid responsiveness define as pulse pressure variation (PPV) greater than or equal to 12%
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Cardiac arrhythmia
- •2\.Ratio of heart rate (HR) to respiratory rate (RR) \< 3\.6
- •3\.HR \< 60
- •4\.Patient underwent cardiothoracic surgery
- •5\.Increase intraabdominal pressure
- •6\.Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS)
- •7\.Right heart failure
- •8\.Valvular heart disease
- •9\.Significant myocardial disease
- •10\.Pulmonary edema
