入选标准
- •1.Age 18 years or older
- •2.High risk surgical patient (as definition of 2022 The European Society of Cardiology Guidelines on cardiovascular assessment and management of patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery)
- •3.Postoperative hypotension : defined as MAP less than or equal to 65 mmHg (patient may receive prior resuscitation with norepinephrine dose less than or equal to 0.05 mcg/kg/min)
- •4.Controlled mechanical ventilation (TV greater than or equal to 8 cc/kg )
- •5.Positive Fluid responsiveness define as pulse pressure variation (PPV) greater than or equal to 12%
排除标准
- •1.Cardiac arrhythmia
- •2.Ratio of heart rate (HR) to respiratory rate (RR) < 3.6
- •3.HR < 60
- •4.Patient underwent cardiothoracic surgery
- •5.Increase intraabdominal pressure
- •6.Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS)
- •7.Right heart failure
- •8.Valvular heart disease
- •9.Significant myocardial disease
- •10.Pulmonary edema
- •11.Pregnancy
- •12.Peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
