- •1. Spontaneously breathing septic patient
- •2. Acute circulatory failure
- •3. Fluid responsiveness (mini-fluid challenge using colloid 100mL or passive leg raising test : increase SV or CO greater than or equal to 10% )
排除标准
- •1. Cardiac arrhythmia
- •2. Right heart failure
- •3. Using inotropic drug
- •4. Intraabdominal pressure > 12 mmHg
- •5. Heart rate to Respiratory rate ratio less than 3.6
- •6. Deny participation
