1) Adult patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification class I-IV (aged 19-70 years)
2) Patients who underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation for the first time after diagnosis of atrial fibrillation under general anesthesia
3) Frequency Scale for Symptoms of Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) (FSSG) Patients without prior gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) symptom
1) Children (under 19 years old)
2) Patients with a high likelihood of lung aspiration
3) Patients with unstable vital signs
4) Patients with liver or kidney disease
5) Patients with metabolic diseases
6) Emergency surgery
7) Pregnant and lactating women
