Class I - II of American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status classification system
-Patients aged 18 to less than 70 years
-Body mass index (BMI) less than 30 kg/m2
- Patients who refused to participate
- Patients whose mouth does not open more than 2.5cm
- Patients at risk of aspiration of gastric contents (esophageal hiatus hernia, gastroesophageal reflux disease, full stomach, etc.)
- pregnant women
- Patients weighing less than 45 kg or more than 100 kg
- Patients with lung disease
- In case of surgery in the prone or lateral decubitus position
- Patients who are expected to have difficulty in tracheal intubation or manual mask bagging ventilation
- Patients with anatomical abnormalities in the cervical spine and upper and lower airways
