Inclusion Criteria
elderly patients of 65 years or more
Exclusion Criteria
1) psychotic disorder (schizophrenia, seizure, Parkinson's disease, dementia)
2) severe bradycardia (<45 bpm), sick sinus syndrome, 2nd or 3rd degree AV block)
3) severe hepatic dysfunction 4) severe renal dysfunction
5) recent history of stroke within 6 months 6) alcohol or other drug abuse
7) difficulty of communication 8) preference to general anesthesia
9) ASA PS 4 or more 10) preoperative K-MMSE score less than 20
