- •1.Aged 18 - 60years
- •2.Involvement of two or more dysfunctional organs.
- •3.Availability of blood samples to determine fasting insulin and glucose within two hours after ICU admission.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with pre-existing diabetes mellitus, chronic renal failure malignancy, cirrhosis and autoimmune disorders.
- •2.Patients on corticosteroid therapy
- •3.Patients with pancreatitis
- •4.Inability to give consent
