At least five years past from their infertility diagnosis; They do not have any live child; At least one of them has over 30 years; The couple have completed Informed consent to participate in research; They have not attempt to adopted acceptance in the past; They did not experience major stressful event in six months before. Exclusion criteria: They do not want to continue the participation in research; Each of couples do not participate in more than one counseling sessions.
