- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method On comparison statistical analysis reveals that the anesthetic efficacy of buccal infiltration with 4% articaine in patients with irreversible pulpitis of maxillary 1st molar is comparable with buccal plus palatal infiltration of the same.Timepoint: Initial Pain and

Pain after 10 minutes of injection
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Palatal injection is painful and traumatic.Timepoint: Initial Pain and

Pain after 10 minutes of injection
