Inclusion Criteria
Patients eligible for this study will include any subject with a clinical indication for tooth extraction in the mandibular 1st & 2nd premolars
Exclusion Criteria
Any patient with allergy for local anesthetic components, physical and mental retardation, limitation in mouth opening, chronic abuse of psychotropic drugs, as well as swelling (infection) in and around the area of injection will be excluded from this study
