- •ASA I and II patients
- •Lower abdominal, perineal and lower limb surgeries
- •Patients planned for surgery not more than 2 hours
排除标准
- •Active mental dysfunction or cognitive deficiency
- •History of psychiatric illness
- •Neuromuscular/vestibular/hepatic/major systemic disease
- •History of alcohol/drug abuse
- •History of allergy to local anaesthetic
- •Any contradiction to spinal anaesthesia
- •Morbid obesity
- •Medical conditions affecting balance and coordination
