Healthy Trained yoga practitioners as per the selection criteria
Healthy Naïve to yoga subjects
Selection criteria for Trained yoga practitioners
1.Trained in yoga schools or under yoga instructor for more than or equal to 3 months.
2.Regular practice of asanas and pranayam- either daily or minimum 3 days in a week more than or equal to 20 min.
3.Able to perform either all or any three of the following asanas from Column I
4.Able to perform the following pranayama from Column II

3.ushtrasana
4.Chakrasana
5.Sirshasana
6.Padahastasana
Column II - PRANAYAMA
1.Anulom-vilom
2.Bastrika
Cardiovascular and respiratory illness which requires long term medications
