Inclusion Criteria

1. 45-79 year
2. Diagnosis of hypertension and diabetes mellitus type 2
3. Good mental status assess by MMSE Thai 2002 version (Mini †Mental State Examination: Thai version)

Exclusion Criteria

Volunteer was diagnosed or medical profile follow
1. Cardiovascular disease including Aneurysm, coronary heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, orthostatic hypotension, and rheumatic heart disease.
2. Respiratory disease including OSA, history of tuberculosis, lung cancer, and lung surgery within 1 year.
3. Neurological disease including Parkinson’s disease, dementia, Alzheimer’s, stroke.
4. Musculoskeletal disease including severe osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, or any disability that affect to breathing exercise.
5. Renal failure with dialysis
6. Other conditions that expected to effect on baseline data and exercise e.g. autoimmune disease etc.
