1. Patients diagnosed of Generalised Moderate to Severe Chronic Periodontitis as assessed by probing pocket depth (PPD) >=5mm and clinical attachment level (CAL) >= 5 mm.
2. Existence of at least one of the first and second molar or second premolar in each left or right sides.
1. Patients with signs of acute non-odontogenic sinusitis.
2. Patients with a history of common cold and sinusitis in the past 3 months.
3. Patients with history of systemic diseases, allergies or drug usage.
4. Patients who have undergone periodontal treatment in previous 6 months.

Name Time Method Improvement in Periodontal Status i.e. reduction in Probing Pocket Depth, gain in Clinical Attachment Level, changes in the mucosal thickening of maxillary sinus (seen by RVG and advanced radiography i.e. CBCT) within 3 months.Timepoint: Baseline, 6 weeks and 3 months
